We accidentally damaged the copper tubing behind the dry wall during a recent toilet upgrade project. The service guy came within 20min of the phone call. He warned that he would have to put a hole in the dry wall and we agreed. He was done in 25min and the drywall hole was less than 5 inches across. He was courteous and respectful of the property. We are very impressed with the work and promptness.

Great, responsive and professional plumbing help! I called Plumbing Connection (PC) when my kitchen sink line backed up the day after Boxing Day 2021. He came on time for my 1 pm appointment and diagnosed the problem immediately and correctly. His explanation for the root cause was rational and to the point. He efficiently pushed his rotor line through and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was meticulous and careful when handling items underneath my kitchen sink. The quote was reasonable for the time of the year. I would use his service again if needed.

Khan and his co-worker came on schedule during the 2-hour window they said they were going to arrive, and they did an excellent job. The service was prompt and professional. There was no back and forth about the price because Khan gave me a price over the phone, and he and his co-worker came and did the job for that price. I had water heater leaked over the weekend and I called couple of places to have it replaced. But either they were asking too much or they were not able to come and fix it within 8 hrs. When I talked to Mr Israr Khan of Pluming connection i felt he was professional and his quote was way better then others and he said he could get it done . Mr Israr came with one of his co worker and they replaced my leaking water heater . Work was done very well and it looked very professional. I was very impressed with Pluming connection work. I had a semi emergency with a shut off valve that needed to be replaced to get the water turned back on. Mr. Khan was very responsive and honest about if he would be able to get to my house to do the job as he was already engaged. He kept in touch and was able to come in the evening and fix the valve. He replaced the valve in about 10 minutes, and was a huge help. Would definitely recommend.
